New Orleans Saints Josh Hill Supports Pantry

On April 9th, Josh Hill, former tight end on the Blackfoot State Championship football team of 2008-09, and currently starting tight end for the New Orleans Saints, signed autographs here in Blackfoot at the High School.  Hill just completed his 5th season with the Saints.

Autograph seekers were to bring food for CDT so that they could have a chance at winning a Josh Hill Saint’s jersey.  Jackie Young and Lee Hammett represented CDT at the event. It was estimated that close to 1,000 lbs. of food was donated.

Josh’s Mother, Jane Hill works for 1st American Title, and is very familiar with the Blackfoot Community Pantry, as she and the 1st American Title crew supplied Pantry clients with pet food once a month for nearly a year.  The food will be delivered to the Pantry on Friday, April 13th.
