22,000 lbs of canned and dry items are all sorted, boxed & organized in the warehouse at the Blackfoot Food Pantry – thanks to our amazing volunteers.
Saturday, October 24, saw the results of the Scouting for Food drive for Bingham County. We live in such a generous community! The food pantry received nearly 22,000 pounds of canned and non-perishable food items.
This year marks the Tenth anniversary of the Tater Trot to raise funds for our yearly Christmas Boxes. Due to covid-19 concerns, this year will be a “Virtual” event, where you run or walk the desired distance on your own and then post your results on-line.
These uncertain times call forth the best in us as a community, and together we have really stepped up to help meet the challenge of feeding the hungry in Bingham County!
