1st Dinner of the Season

The 2023-2024 dinner season kicked off on November 7th at the Jason Lee Memorial United Methodist Church. It was hosted by the Blackfoot LDS Northwest Stake under the direction of Parry and Tian Poole, and John and Sandy Elison. 175 guests were served a meal of corkscrew spaghetti, string beans, salad, rolls, and cupcakes for dessert. The atmosphere was bright and cheery with Fall decorations.

Debbie’s Korner was filled with lots of helpers as well as 21 children making colored wooden trains for the Christmas Tree Fantasy tree.

A special thanks goes out to all those who organized, prepared, and served the meals, as well as those helping on the cleanup crews.

Christmas Dinner Served (records broken)

On December 16th CDT volunteers prepared and served the yearly Christmas Dinner.  483 people were served a beautiful meal of ham, potato casserole, salad, corn, roles and a sundae served on a brownie for dessert.  This was the largest number served at a single dinner for CDT.  Music was provided and everyone had a great evening….
