2021 Tater Trot is October 9 – Register Now
Though traditionally the fun run has been the first Saturday in November, we have chosen to move it to the 2nd Saturday in October in the hopes of having better weather. After last year’s crazy Covid-19 pandemic the event will again be live and in person. We will have 5 and 10 K events for both runners and walkers. There is also a kids ½ mile fun run.
The Tater Trot was established 11 years ago to help the Community Dinner Table, “CDT” fund its annual Christmas box distribution for those in our community who needed help during the holiday season. The CDT has helped nearly 4,500 families with a nice food box for Christmas over the last eleven years. The need is still here, and your help is needed now more than ever before.
The event is being held at the Jensen Grove Shelter. You can register and get more information at www.idahotatertrot.com. Deadline for on-line registration is October 7th. You can also register on the day of the event. If you wish to purchase a t-shirt, you must order it by Friday the 24th of September.
After the run we will have a full baked potato bar and awards/raffle prizes.
