Despite the rainy spring weather, dedicated runners turned out for the 2015 Tommy Vaughn’s Marathon and More. The race included an accredited marathon, a half marathon, a 10K, 5K, and kids run. A big thanks goes to John Lyksett, the race sponsors and all the volunteers that helped host the race. A check for $2,500 was given to CDT as part of the final ceremonies. A big congratulations to all the runners!!
On Saturday (Sept. 14th) the community rallied together to pick and process over 5,000 ears of corn in support of the Community Dinner Table (CDT).
