Elizabeth Fields, and original CDT Board Member and past Secretary Treasurer was honored in 2018 as one of the top three (3) Brightest Stars in Idaho. Elizabeth was chosen in the individual category, and is a most deserving honoree for her work in creating the process of serving hot meals to 6,000 people each winter as part of the Community Dinner Table’s Tuesday Night Dinners.
